Cancellation and Refund Policy

we are committed to providing a transparent and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. No Cancellation or Refund of Cash
   Payments made through this app under the Ponmagal Saving Scheme are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Redemption of Accumulated Amount
   Customers may redeem their accumulated savings only by visiting the showroom in person. The accumulated amount or gold weight can be used to purchase readymade gold ornaments or silver articles available at our showroom.
   • Making charges, wastage, and applicable GST will be charged on the selected products during redemption.
   • The amount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or scheme.
3. No Remote Redemption
   Redemption of savings must be done physically at the store. No delivery or online exchange of products is available under this scheme.
