We do not accept returns of products.
If the product is in a damaged condition, you can visit our showroom and request the return of the product. The product should be unused and in the same condition & packaging as you received it. It should be in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
We will do our internal review and suggest the next course of action. On successful validation, you can either return the product for a full refund or get the product replaced with the correct product.
